Height of Season - months of June,
July, August and September.
Mid
Season - months of April, May and October.
Low Season - months of January,
February, March, November and December.
Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays
as height of season.
To secure your booking a deposit
of £100.00 (non returnable) is required,
the remainder is to be paid in full at least Six weeks
prior to your arrival. Non payment of remainder or deposit
will render your booking void and any monies held will be
withheld and not returned.
The Property owner has the
right to cancel, alter or refuse your booking at any time,
giving you reasonable notification.
Smoking will not be permitted
in the property but there is a
covered area available.
